To keep you up to date the CMTA board has done several things.

1.  We are incorporated.  Articles of Incorporation were approved by the Secretary of State of South Carolina on December 4th, 2007.
2.  We have created and approved the initial By-Laws for the association.
3.  We have approved the characteristics of the Marsh Tacky.
4.  We have a web site.
5.  We are making strides in getting the Marsh Tack the State Horse.
6.  With the help of ALBC and Equus Survival Trust, are getting the stud book completed and DNA pulled on over 80 horses.
7.  We are developing a Marsh Tacky Horse Registration.
